It exhibits aromas of cigar box, raspberry, black plum and cocoa powder. Flavors of black cherry, graphite and juicy acidity intermingle perfectly on the palette. The 2018 Transcendent is a full-bodied wine with “Rutherford dust”, silky tannins and a long finish.

The Etude Carneros Pinot Noir is a true reflection of the winery’s estate vineyard, Grace Benoist Ranch. A blend of the best grapes from individual vineyard parcels on the Ranch, this wine tells the story of a particular vintage from a unique place.

This wine showcases the elegant purity of truly great Riesling. Sourced from cool climate vineyards, Eroica shows exuberant freshness with inviting stone fruit, citrus, and floral notes.

Thanksgiving Pairing: Riesling is a perfect match for a variety of dishes including mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, spinach mornay. It is also an excellent choice for dessert and goes fabulously with tart desserts like peach cobbler and apple pie.

2020 Beaulieu Vineyard Maestro Sauvignon Blanc

Rutherford, which is located in the heart of Napa Valley, has the perfect climate and soils that are ideal for Sauvignon Blanc.

To elevate your Thanksgiving turkey, have a glass of the Benefizio Pomino Riserva DOC 2019 (SRP $47). Pomino Riserva is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes. After an initial fruity and floral impression, Pomino Riserva offers candied orange peel aromas that progress into vanilla, cinnamon, roasted hazelnut and tingling bite of ginger. On the palate it shows great elegance and structure, with a creamy texture and a long finish.

Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé

Let the evening begin with a special delivery of rosé to your door. Vibrant and fruity, this sweet champagne is bursting with aromas of wild strawberry and cream. Accentuated with a fine mousse of bright coral-colored bubbles, pair it with dark chocolate and berries for a romantic night to remember.

Dolce 2015

The 2015 Dolce is fresh and fruitful, with aromas of orange, lime, and apricot along with sweet floral notes of honeysuckle. This Dolce lands on the palate with a coating and pleasing thickness that carries the citrus flavors long into the finish. Key lime pie comes to mind as bakery spices combine with a creamy texture and mouth watering citrus flavors.

A Cabernet Sauvignon with a true sense of place, a medley of aromas is apparent: black plum, currant, molasses ginger cookie, vanilla, fennel, and nutmeg. A bold, intense palate further indicates this wine’s aging potential, boasting flavors of rich black plums, berries, sweet licorice, and hints of caraway seed. Aging for 19 months in French oak barrels (100% new).

Pairs well with: Beef short ribs and lamb tangine.

2019 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

While the cooler site adds bright gooseberry and crisp acid structure. Together they create a lively and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with great balance that offers something for everyone.

One Sip And It's All Clear: The New Gran Centenario Cristalino

Mary Delano & Annabella Pardo

Gran Centenario, Mexico’s #1 tequila, proudly announces the U.S. launch of Gran Centenario Cristalino. Founded in 1857 by Lazaro Gallardo, the first ever Tequila Master Distiller in history, Gran Centenario is rooted in over 150 years of Mexican heritage and tradition and continues to expand its historic family portfolio with this exquisite new release.

Handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, all expressions of Gran Centenario (Plata, Reposado, Añejo, Leyenda, and now, Cristalino) are produced with 100% Blue Weber Agaves at Ex-Hacienda Los Camichines. Expertly crafted using the brand’s proprietary process, ‘Selección Suave’ - in which newly rested tequilas are blended with the smoothest aged reserves - Gran Centenario Cristalino uses the finest Añejo and Extra Añejo tequilas matured in American oak barrels. A first for the brand, the blended aged tequila is then finished in Calvados casks for a few months, before being filtered through a meticulous process with Mexican silver, transforming the aged tequila into a crystal-clear liquid. The resulting spirit has the smoothness and depth of an aged tequila, with hints of fresh apple and oak coming from the Calvados cask finish.

“It’s an exciting time for the Tequila category in the U.S., with new and existing tequila enthusiasts increasingly seeking out more premium products with different elements in finishing and aging,” said Alex Coronado, Head of Production and Master Distiller at Gran Centenario Tequila. “Gran Centenario Cristalino is a remarkable spirit and marks the first time we have finished our tequila in Calvados casks, and used silver in our Cristalino filtration process. Producing an unparalleled taste to any other tequila out there, the result is a clear tequila, rich in notes of sweet agave, toffee, fresh apple, and oak.”

Gran Centenario Cristalino arrives in the U.S as the Cristalino category experiences exponential growth. First introduced in Mexico over a decade ago with the help of Coronado, Cristalino makes up over 35% of the high-end tequila category, and the U.S. is starting to see similar potential. As the latest offering from Mexico’s number one selling tequila, Gran Centenario Cristalino offers a truly transformative, smooth yet complex profile from the very first sip.

● Sight: Flawless clarity with hints of silver.

● Aroma and palate: Sweet notes of cooked agave and toffee aromas with a touch of fresh apple, and oak.

● Finish: Long, complex, and ultra-smooth.

Available for purchase nationwide at select fine liquor stores, restaurants and bars for a suggested retail price of $79.99 USD (750mL / 80 proof), Gran Centenario Cristalino is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks with a lime twist.
