Looking over Central Park, this classic prewar co-op was recently redesigned in 2012, perfectly blending it’s old character with fresh modern updates. Originally built in 1925, the building offers the same elegant timeless feel while adding contemporary touches, like the marble bathroom and radiant floors. The three bedroom and three and a half bathroom home has spectacular views sprawling across it’s 2,389sqft, creating a light and crisp ambiance. Perhaps the most notable is the corner Master Bedroom, providing endless park scenery, four custom closets and not to mention the bathroom’s soaking tub where residents can relax and watch the sunset.

Renting residents still get all of the amenities the building has to offer, such as the state-of-then-art gym, lounge, playroom; not to mention the 60-foot pool just across the street.

Our Favorite New York City's Sports Bars

New York has sports bars for everyone, Giants fans to Cowboys fans and everything in between. While finding the right one can be tricky we list our favorites with souther charm, TV's and for those who want an arcade to in between commercials.

Printers Alley, a bit of Southern charm brought to New York City. With 3 projectors, 2 bars, and 20 TV screens, this is the laid-back place to watch the game.. Enjoy the game with Southern classics like pulled pork, collard greens, and fried chicken. Plus, they have 2 kinds of slushies, 12 cocktails, and a selection of beers.

Stout is located in midtown, a central location in the heart of Manhattan right by Madison Square Garden. Hailed as New York’s largest Irish pub at three stories, their menu includes over 150 bottled beers, 25 drafts and more than 65 Irish whiskies. As there are 36 TVs in the pub, there are 36 ways to enjoy the game.

With Billiards, Ping-Pong, Darts, Vintage Arcades, Foosball, and Hoops, Breaks Bar & Billiards is a playground made for adults. But don’t let the games distract you from the 16 TV screens, 2 projectors, and a 55-foot long bar. With over 18 beers on tap and a classic American menu, you’ll almost never want to leave.

A soccer-centric pub, Woodwork constantly has futball on at practically all hours when the pub is open. Their website has all the matches for the day, so no one can second guess who’s playing and when. If there’s a match that someone wants to watch but is not on the pub’s schedule, people can call ahead to request it. Bonus: during happy hour, drafts and wells are $4 from 4-7pm from Monday to Friday.

Last one ‘standing’ is Standings, a favorite Irish Pub by many who claim it to be the classic sports bar. Despite its small size, the 8 TVs could practically be seen from everywhere. They have happy hour 5-7pm Monday - Friday and free pizza on Friday! Granted, you’d probably be bumping elbows with the next two people on either side of you, but you’ll bask in the glory of the comradery that only sports can bring!

Not To Miss Caffe Torino The Coolest New Hour Hour

No need to venture across the Atlantic to experience Italian drinking culture: New Yorkers will be at the coolest new happy hour right inside The Mondrian this Friday, September 28th from 5:30PM – 8:30PM for the launch of Caffe Torino, an aperitivo hour featuring their new cocktail, the Martini & Rossi Nassau Negroni.

image001 (1).jpg

Caffe Torino at The Mondrian emblemizes the relaxed drinking style of pre-war Italy; a world once lost now finding new life in modern iterations of the classic Italian aperitivo hour, for which the original Caffe Torino was so well known.

In Good Company bartender Will Benedetto will be showing off his new creation, which features Martini & Rossi’s recently debuted line of Riserva Speciale Bitter. The ingredients of the elevated Nassau Negroni—including Bacardi 4 Year Aged Rum, Marsala-infused Martini & Rosso Vermouth, and a torched pineapple wedge garnish—highlight the aromatic herbal and floral notes of the bitters, creating a new twist on the classic Negroni.

A second Caffe Torino aperitivo hour will be happening at the Mondrian on October 12th for those who can’t make it this week.

Not able to make either, make it at home with the recipe below.

NASSAU NEGRONI RECIPE

  • 1.25 oz of Bacardi 4 year

  • .75 oz of Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter

  • .75 Marsala Infused Martini Rosso Vermouth

Stir ingredients together and serve in a rocks glass on the rocks.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge torched to order.
