Brown Harris Stevens, one of the country’s largest privately owned real estate brokerages, has announced its agent award recipients recognized for outstanding production companywide and by region in 2020.  This marks the first awards ceremony since Brown Harris Stevens restructured to incorporate Halstead and celebrated both incoming and legacy Brown Harris Stevens agents.

Due to Covid safety protocols, the interactive web-based ceremony was produced entirely in-house by the Brown Harris Stevens marketing team in conjunction with BrandLive. Brown Harris Stevens' Bettina Hegel Leads Sales and Marketing for VUE New Canaan Project

Sales are now underway at VUE NEW CANAAN, Westchester and Fairfield Counties’ newest luxury community. The complex, developed by New Canaan-based M2 PARTNERS, LLC in collaboration with KARP, comprises 40 uniquely appointed condominiums ranging in price from $1 to $3 million and 59 rental units of which 70% have been leased.

“There is nothing else like this on the market in Fairfield County or Lower Westchester, and the response has been phenomenal,” said Brown Harris Stevens agent Bettina Hegel who is leading sales and marketing for the project.  “The VUE offers many of the same luxuries one finds in an upscale  NYC Condo as well as the comforts of small-town living. It’s incredibly unique and I anticipate these units will sell very quickly.”

Located on 3.4 acres in New Canaan, CT,  one of Fairfield county’s top rated communities, The VUE is just moments from the train station, downtown shops, restaurants and parks. VUE NEW CANAAN  is a pedestrian-oriented community offering green space where residents have access to numerous grilling stations, a natural playscape, and Zen garden.  The units consist of one- to four-bedroom homes, each with their own private balconies or roof decks.

“Prospective buyers, renters, and current residents are most impressed with the outdoor space available at the VUE. All our parking is underground, which clears the plaza level of automobiles, and creates a safe and inviting atmosphere for everyone. There is a perfect balance of community and privacy,” said Arnold M Karp, one of the projects developers.

The 40 condominiums and 59 rental apartments offer distinctive floor plans including kitchens and bathrooms with top-of -the-line fixtures and appliances. Many of the condominiums have powder rooms and laundry rooms and all have gas fireplaces. Each unit comes with assigned conditioned storage, parking, and its own washer and dryer.

Renters began moving in December 1st while condo owners can begin move-ins this spring. For more information contact Bettina Hegel at Brown Harris Stevens or visit findyourvue.com

The 2010 Census revealed that Connecticut’s population was 3,574,097, while the most recent statistics show that number has increased to about 3.59 million. While there are many reasons to consider moving to this New England state, these five might just convince you to start checking out the homes for sale in Connecticut so that you can contributing to its rising number of happy residents.

It’s One of the Most Scenic Places to be In Every Season

The autumn foliage in Connecticut is some of the most scenic you’ll ever experience, with tranquil country lanes edges by brilliant golds, vibrant oranges and fiery reds. It’s also the state with the longest leaf-peeping season in all of New England and it hosts a wealth of fabulous fall festivals as well. In the spring, beautiful cherry blossoms line the streets, while summer brings opportunities to head to the swim, fish and paddle in its many serene lakes or head to the beach. Even winter is wonderful, with gorgeous snow-dusted landscapes.

While the state is home to exciting vibrant cities, it’s also got plenty of countryside, allowing residents to enjoy an ideal mix of both. While you’ll never be from conveniences, even in larger towns, you’ll find charming neighborhoods with colonial homes and white picket fences that provide a cozy, small-town feel.

Beautiful Beaches and an Abundance of Mouthwatering Food

Located along the Atlantic, that also means plenty of fresh seafood, including lobster. Norwalk in particularly renowned for its top-notch restaurants with tasty seafood and ocean views, while New Haven is famous as the city with some of the best pizza in the entire country.

Connecticut has one of the lowest poverty rates at 10.5% and one of the highest median household incomes in the country at over $71,000 per year, the fifth highest, according to USA Today.
