Julia proceeded to sell eight other homes in the building as well as multiple rentals, setting price per square foot sales records for the development. When awarded the project by the Successor Sponsor Shokai, Julia Jiang and Charles Hawkins enlisted the star-power Eklund | Gomes team for the backing to successful sell out. “This is an incredible opportunity to own a piece of New York City on the famed Fifth Avenue,” added Charles Hawkins.

All residences include five-and-a-half-foot-wide American white oak flooring and expansive views. Kitchens feature light-stained white oak cabinetry with recessed satin-brushed-metal accent trims throughout the counters and islands; upper cabinet doors with either metal-trimmed, white back-painted glass or light-stained white oak; Calacatta Saccheli polished marble slab countertops; backsplashes with integrated cooktop niches; and island countertops with waterfall edges, all in a polished finish. The stainless-steel sinks are Undermount Blanco with Dornbracht swivel spout faucets and pull-down spray in a polished chrome finish, and the Loggia Residences have cold water pot fillers on the cooktops. The appliances are fully integrated stainless-steel finish Miele, including a refrigerator and freezer, wine cooler, gas cooktop with sealed burners and retractable ventilation hood above, 30” convection hood above, 30” convection oven, 24” speed oven and full size 24” dishwasher.
The primary bathrooms feature Bianco Dolomiti marble flooring in a honed finish; San Nicola marble tile walls in a honed finish; custom walnut vanity with Bianco Dolomoti marble slab countertop with waterfall sides and backsplash in a polished finish; custom metal frame medicine cabinet with integrated lighting; Kaldewei Puro Duo steel enamel tub with Bianco Dolomiti marble slab tub deck and apron in a polished finish; Dornbracht tub deck control with pull-out hand shower; and waterfall tub spout in a polished chrome finish. There are all-glass showers with San Nicola stone walls and integrated wall niche shelf in a honed finish; Bianco Dolomiti mosaic tiles on shower floor with integrated “infinity-edge” drain; Dornbracht wall-mounted rain showers and wall mounted hand shower in a polished chrome finish; and Duravit water closets and heated floors.
There are over 7,000 square feet of amenities, including a curated lobby library with a double-height bookcase wall, entertaining suite with separate bar and kitchen pantry, private dining room, dramatic circular stair connecting leisure and entertaining areas to the Fifth Avenue terrace and the fitness club with separate training/yoga studio, as well as men’s and women’s spa with steam/sauna rooms and a kids’ club and games lounge with ping pong table. Conveniences include private storage/bike storage, pet priority program, dry cleaning program and vehicle concierge.
Located in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods, 277 Fifth Ave NoMad is situated at the crossroads of Manhattan’s East and West Sides, Uptown and Downtown.
Pricing ranges from $1,875,000 to over $10 million with immediate occupancy.

Following the unveiling of Rose Hill, one of the new residential developments in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood that represents a modern era of Gotham-esque architecture and design by award-winning New York-based design firm CetraRuddy, legendary developer Rockefeller Group has announced that the 45-story luxury tower has topped out. Rising over 600 feet and located at 30 East 29th Street between Madison and Park Avenues, Rose Hill draws a direct connection to Rockefeller Center with its heavy prewar, Art Deco influence and will be comprised of 123 spacious, studio-to-four-bedroom residences including penthouses, and a vast amenities collection.
In a historic neighborhood that itself was once known as Rose Hill – a nod to the 130-acre Rose Hill Farm estate that occupied the land – the building offers cinematic views of New York City and the Manhattan skyline. Rose Hill is eloquently clad in a bronze-tone façade, accented by intricate detailing that frames expansive glass windows. Decorative lighting will illuminate the tower’s base and crown to highlight the building’s unique articulation.

Last Thursday, the real estate community came out in full force to celebrate the launch of sales at Madison House, the tallest residential building in NoMad.
The team behind the Broken Shaker at the Freehand Hotel served specialty cocktails at the Madison House sales gallery which features furniture by Molteni & C and custom millwork throughout.
Noteworthy guests included Douglas Elliman's Howard Lorber, Susan de Franca, and Karen Mansour, JD Carlisles's Evan Stein, Jurg Rehbein, and Fosun International's Matt Liang.
Standing 805 feet tall, Madison House is the tallest residential tower in NoMad, offering panoramic, picture-perfect views. Architecturally conceived from the inside-out, with exterior design by Handel Architects and interiors by Gachot Studios, each of the 199 luxuriously appointed homes features open and airy floorplans, corner windows, at least 11-foot ceilings and nine-foot doors. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing’s Leonard Inzirillo, Jacob Franco, Matthew Gulker, and Evan Shaffer will be the exclusive sales team for Madison House.

Madison House, the residential tower in NoMad today launched sales for the public. With architecture by Handel Architects and interiors by Gachot Studios, Madison House is a striking addition to the Manhattan skyline rising to 805 feet.
Each of the 199 modern residences at Madison House features open and airy floor plans, corner windows, 11-foot ceilings, 9-foot doors, and luxurious unobstructed views of the city.

Justin Davidson, PhD, Pulitzer Prize winning architecture critic from New York Magazine, led over 90 guests through an architectural journey of New York City 55 stories in the air at 277 Fifth Avenue last Thursday, September 13th.
Over 90 brokers and NYC photographers attended to catch a peek at the unique program which highlighted anecdotes and back stories on both iconic and little-known buildings across the city.
Davidson framed out birdseye views that can be seen from the full-floor penthouse, like Cass Gilbert’s Art Deco Met Life New York Life Building, the iconic Flatiron Building, Ellis Island and the nearby Empire State Building.
Guests enjoyed live music by Sterling Quartet, an electric string band that performed eclectic covers, refreshments from Blankslate Tea and catering by Mangia. 277 Fifth Avenue is a striking, modern tower designed by internationally-acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly and developed by Victor Group and Lendlease. Jeffrey Beers International is responsible for the interiors. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive sales and marketing agent.
