This finding is an extension of the Perspectives report, a comprehensive analysis of the global luxury residential market, collected directly from Forbes Global Properties’ network of over 13,000 prominent local agents. The report underlines that high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals now expect homes equipped with amenities that meet their evolving needs and preferences.
