Top Hamptons Broker, Kieran M. Brew, Joins the SERHANT. Hamptons Division
Adding to its team at SERHANT. House Hamptons in Water Mill, the brokerage is proud to announce that Kieran M. Brew, a local, top-producing broker with over $60M in sales and rentals in each of the past several years and more than 15 years of experience has officially joined the SERHANT. Hamptons division. He joins the multidimensional real estate and media company after most recently serving at Saunders & Associates for over six years.
“The real estate business has entered a new era. It is fluid and fast moving; conditions change on a dime. And keeping on top of market conditions requires constant data analysis and wide-ranging market research,” Brew said in a statement. “This is where SERHANT. comes in. I was highly impressed with its well-developed solutions to match every need. It’s a natural fit for me and I expect it’s going to be a lot of fun to help develop this innovative luxury brand even more in the Hamptons.”
Founder and CEO of the brokerage, Ryan Serhant adds, “We are excited to have Kieran join SERHANT. as we continue to grow our footprint out East. As a proven Hamptons and luxury market expert and a trusted advisor in the luxury sector, we are proud to have him aboard.”
This summer, Ryan Serhant’s eponymous real estate brokerage established a bigger presence in the Hamptons with the opening of its Hamptons office location, known as SERHANT. House Hamptons, in Water Mill. SERHANT. brings its Signature division to the Hamptons, which specializes in serving high net worth clients and focuses on properties priced over $10 million with “premium white-glove services, bespoke marketing initiatives and a team of property experts that work exclusively in the high-end luxury market,” the brokerage says.
Brew grew up riding bikes and horses through the backyards, fields and woods out East. He's a volunteer firefighter, a little league coach, and supports many local causes. A solidified Long Islander, he lives in Amagansett and vacations in Montauk. Brew is so ingrained in the Hamptons community, he is the host of the podcast, Brew’s Cafe. Brew notes that the podcast gives him a chance to connect with people and hear about their lives. He’s had the opportunity to interview guests ranging from the East Hampton Chief of Police, to the Superintendent of Schools, the owner/editor of The East Hampton Star, to many others. This venture is also embedded in his career in real estate.
Brew adds, “One of the aspects that I truly cherish is listening to buyer’s stories. People’s homes, even their second and third homes, are not only among their most valuable assets, but their most personal belongings. It becomes not just a pleasure to work with someone selling a summer home where they’ve raised generations, but a privilege. Homeowners bring us into their lives in ways that few other professionals get to appreciate. It’s important that we don’t take that for granted and maintaining these relationships after the sale has closed is an advantage that cannot be overstated.”
SERHANT. is growing its presence not just in the Hamptons, but across Long Island with the Michael Sadis Team and the Rachel King Team.
