Brian Giambalvo Joins Citi Habitats As Senior Managing Director

Citi Habitats has announced today that Brian Giambalvo has joined the firm as a new Senior Managing Director for their Cobble Hill office. In his role, Brian will be responsible for helping agents at this location advance their real estate careers through one-on-one and group training - as well as ongoing business support.

In addition, Brian will work with all Citi Habitats’ Brooklyn agents to help them increase their presence in the sales arena. He will instill confidence in agents to go after sales exclusives, help them create successful marketing plans - and foster relationships with residential property owners and condominium developers around the borough.

Brian comes to Citi Habitats from their sister company, The Corcoran Group. There he spent six years as a successful agent in the Park Slope office – specializing in condo and townhome sales in the neighborhoods of historic ‘brownstone Brooklyn.’ Brian began his residential sales career working with top Corcoran agent Carol Graham, and is a strong advocate of mentoring - as a tool to empower and inspire junior agents.

Brian also has extensive experience in the ‘Learning Development’ industry, where he trained healthcare and financial services executives to use proprietary computer systems. This skill for helping people master complex subjects will prove beneficial in Brian’s new role at Citi Habitats.
