Turnberry and Juneau Construction Company Top Out ONE Park Tower by Turnberry at SoLé Mia in North M

Renowned real estate developer Turnberry and premier builder Juneau Construction Company—both woman-owned firms—officially topped out ONE Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story luxury condominium within the SoLé Mia master-planned development in North Miami, on April 4, 2025. This milestone marks the completion of the tower’s structural framework as the project progresses toward its scheduled completion in Summer 2026.

Designed by internationally acclaimed Arquitectonica, ONE Park Tower spans 869,000 square feet and will feature 292 high-end residences with luxury amenities and breathtaking views. The topping-out ceremony brought together project partners, architects, and stakeholders to celebrate this significant achievement and recognize one another’s integral contributions. The event featured the raising of the American flag and the placement of a symbolic palm tree, a construction tradition symbolizing prosperity and strength.
