In an ambitious effort to redefine Manhattan's urban landscape, Soloviev Group has unveiled new details of Freedom Plaza, a transformative nearly five-acre green space designed by award-winning OJB Landscape Architecture. Located from 38th to 41st Street east of First Avenue, Freedom Plaza promises to become New York City's next iconic retreat, blending lush gardens, community spaces, and breathtaking riverfront views.

Visitors entering Freedom Plaza will immediately be captivated by an expansive 18,000-square-foot central lawn, meticulously landscaped with 350 trees spanning eight different species. Accessible pathways totaling over a mile invite exploration through intimate garden spaces, scenic overlooks, and the impressive 700-foot East River Promenade, offering stunning vistas of the city and waterfront.

Thoughtfully designed amenities enhance the community experience, including a 7,000-square-foot children's play area featuring engaging natural elements, climbing structures, and spaces suitable for all ages. A serene 6,000-square-foot water garden offers tranquil seating amid cascading water features, while multiple food kiosks throughout the park foster social interaction and leisurely dining.
