Wines To Try On The 4th Of July

Happy Birthday America. As The 4th of July falls on a Saturday this year, we will be celebrating all weekend long with some of our favorite wines to drink on the 4th of July.  A day of traditional family and friend- filled parties in backyards or roof decks nationwide. While this July 4th will certainly look a little different, like everything else has in 2020, one thing we can continue is to stock up on wine to celebrate Independence Day. If you choose to have a socially distant gathering, even better with options to choose from everyone will be happy with the wine you bring in hand.

CH-Brut_SummerLED2020_2000x2000.jpg

Chandon’s latest rendition of its American Summer bottle design is inspired by the red white and blue fireworks and evokes the nostalgia for relaxed summer days and warm evenings with the occasional surprise fireworks. This design adds extra summer festivity to the classic Chandon Brut sparkling wine.

Adding the perfect touch of summer sparkle to an outdoor celebration or casual summer meal, making an ideal pairing for nutty, salty, and creamy food pairings. Its freshness pairs particularly well with carpaccio or crudo, pickle-brined fried chicken sandwich, bright seasonal salad featuring arugula, pine nuts and mozzarella, or a peach galette with fresh whipped cream.

Embargo 4 Oct 2018 - 12am AEDST_Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling 2018 Screw C....jpg

Bin 51 captures many of the attributes of the Eden Valley locale in South Australia, known worldwide for producing world-class riesling. The region’s high altitude and cool climate induces riesling with great finesse and elegance with a capacity for long-term cellaring. In their youth, the wines possess scented floral and citrus aromas, with a mineral edge and marked natural acidity, contributing significantly to the palate texture and flavor. The perfect to pair with your heavy BBQ meats.

Bev

Bev is a better-for-you canned wine, touted by celebrities such as Erin and Sara Foster, Kate Hudson, Anna Kendrick and more, that offers 3 refreshing blends perfect for cooling refreshment in the hot summer weather, including:

  • California Rosé: a crisp, dry, slightly carbonated, proprietary blend offering bright aromatics of strawberry, raspberry, white peach and watermelon

  • Sauvignon Blanc: offering aromatics of crisp green apple, white nectarine and a light, fresh, citrus finish

  • Pinot Grigio: featuring light and refreshing notes of elderflower, pear, and a zesty grapefruit finish

What's more - Bev blends are made specifically for a can, and every serving of Bev has 11.9% ABV, only 3g of carbs and absolutely 0g of sugar (say goodbye to that groggy, hungover feeling synonymous with traditionally sugary rosès and white wines!). Feeling like a frozen cocktail? I've also included an easy and fun Frosè recipe below! You can also use code BEVWHITEBLUE online for 20% off to get your Bev in time for 4th of July!!
