The Spritz is synonymous with Summer. A light refreshing drink with either sparkling wine or a little soda water will quench your thirst and hopefully give the right amount buzz needed. What has become the adult soda these cocktails below are fun, simple and will always be a crowd pleaser.
Chandon American Summer Brut Spritz
2 parts quality Italian Aperitif
1 part Sparkling Water
Add Italian Aperitif to wine glass with ice. Add splash of sparkling water and stir. Top with Chandon. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Cape Collins Fizz
4 oz Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
0.12 oz Peach schnapps
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
1 oz premium ginger ale
Lemon wheel garnish
Combine all the ingredients over ice and stir with a bar spoon. Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with premium ginger ale just before serving. Garnish with a lemon wheel for that perfect patio pastime!
Aperol Spritz
Ice cubes
Aperol
Prosecco
Soda, served from syphon or chilled bottle
Slice of orange
In a glass full of ice, combine Prosecco followed by Aperol in equal parts. Add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice

Martini & Rossi Rosé Spritz
1 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI Riserva Speciale Bitter
4 oz. MARTINI & ROSSI Sparkling Rosé
2 oz. IZZE Grapefruit Soda
Ruby Grapefruit Slice Garnish
Build directly in large wine glass over cubed ice
Moet Alfresco Spritz

4oz Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial
1oz Hennessy VSOP Privilege
.75oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5oz Lime
4 2x2 chunks of fresh Watermelon
Add all ingredients except Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial to a shaker. Muddle watermelon. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a Bordeaux glass rimmed with Pink Peppercorn Salt Rim (use a separate chunk of watermelon to moisten the rim and run the edge of the wine glass avoiding getting mix into the glass). Top with 4oz of Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial and add ice. Garnish with watermelon slices and an orchid or other edible flower.
St-Germain Spritz
2 parts Brut Champagne
1 ½ parts St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 parts Sparkling Water
Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add Champagne first, then St-Germain, then Club Soda. Stir completely and then garnish with a lemon twist.
