Selene
The Midtown Manhattan luxury tower designed by the Pritzker Prize winning Foster + Partners, has relaunched as Selene, a fully realized contemporary landmark. Formerly known by its address 100 East 53rd Street, Selene offers perfect pied-à-terre residences with sweeping views of New York City.
FrenchCalifornia, the interior design and creative studio founded by Guillaume Coutheillas, designed the stylish model residences. Inspired by the way natural light transforms the home throughout the day, frenchCALIFORNIA's design features a muted, tonal color palette comprised of gray, taupe and other warm neutrals, combined with airy drapery to further emphasize the play of light and color within each home. The Cortland, a NYC-based development located across from the Hudson River Park in West Chelsea, includes 144 residences designed by two of the world's leading architectural practices, Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig. Inspired by its West Chelsea neighborhood, NYC-based interior designer Rodney Lawrence seamlessly blends contemporary design with timeless pieces and art to create a modern, unique atmosphere. The home office at a home designed by Rodney Lawrence at The Cortland depicts this young, fresh and comfortable look that ties in beautifully with the elegance and warmth seen throughout the model.

Madison House, a new condo tower in NoMad, is the tallest residential building in the neighborhood. Located in the heart of NoMad at 15 East 30th Street, Madison House evokes a new standard for luxury living with architecture by Handel Architects and stunning interiors by Gachot Studios.
