One of the newest trends in luxury new development are home offices that have been stylishly outfitted for one's work from home and academic needs. Styled by some of the country's top interior designers, these chicly accessorized home offices boast beautiful furniture, art, and even spectacular views - creating the perfect setting for work and study alike.

Selene

The Midtown Manhattan luxury tower designed by the Pritzker Prize winning Foster + Partners, has relaunched as Selene, a fully realized contemporary landmark. Formerly known by its address 100 East 53rd Street, Selene offers perfect pied-à-terre residences with sweeping views of New York City.

FrenchCalifornia, the interior design and creative studio founded by Guillaume Coutheillas, designed the stylish model residences. Inspired by the way natural light transforms the home throughout the day, frenchCALIFORNIA's design features a muted, tonal color palette comprised of gray, taupe and other warm neutrals, combined with airy drapery to further emphasize the play of light and color within each home. Included in this design is a chic, light-filled home office with a spectacular view of Midtown Manhattan.

The Cortland

The Cortland, a NYC-based development located across from the Hudson River Park in West Chelsea, includes 144 residences designed by two of the world's leading architectural practices, Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Olson Kundig. Inspired by its West Chelsea neighborhood, NYC-based interior designer Rodney Lawrence seamlessly blends contemporary design with timeless pieces and art to create a modern, unique atmosphere. The home office at a home designed by Rodney Lawrence at The Cortland depicts this young, fresh and comfortable look that ties in beautifully with the elegance and warmth seen throughout the model.

Madison House

Madison House, a new condo tower in NoMad, is the tallest residential building in the neighborhood. Located in the heart of NoMad at 15 East 30th Street, Madison House evokes a new standard for luxury living with architecture by Handel Architects and stunning interiors by Gachot Studios. Architecturally designed as a decagon, Madison House has a striking building layout where all 199 homes feature open floor plans, 11-foot ceilings or higher and corner exposure offering each home rare, uninterrupted views of the New York City skyline. Unit #58A was designed by DDC with furniture from Minotti and offers unique views of Manhattan to the north, east and west. One Manhattan Square, a vertical village on the Lower East Side with over 100,000 square feet of amenities, offers ample space to design your perfect at-home office where you can work both comfortably and effectively. This stylish home office is in a two-bedroom residence at the building and was designed by New York-based designer Anna Karlin. The space offers everything one may need, including a desk, chair, great lighting, space for books, and floor-to-ceiling windows which add abundant natural light as well as incredible views of the NYC skyline.
