Real New York Launches Sales At 66 Reade
After many years of meticulous restoration and conversion to condominium residences, the landmarked Tribeca property, 66 Reade, has officially launched sales. Originally designed by Samuel A. Warner and completed in the mid-1800’s, the boutique property is housed within a marble façade appointed with segmentally-arched rectangular windows, a significant architectural feature harkening back to the era in which it was designed.

66 Reade now offers six full-floor, four-bedroom residences, each with direct elevator access and two entrances. Pricing starts at $7.36 million and sales and marketing is lead by REAL New York, the NYC-based real estate brokerage lauded for having previously completing the highest priced condominium sale in Manhattan south of 23rd Street.
“Truly designed for a luxurious modern lifestyle, the homes at 66 Reade Street are a step above the rest currently available in today’s marketplace,” said Louis Adler, principal and co-founder of REAL New York. “The demand for new development in Tribeca is unprecedented and what these homes offer is undeniably unique, particularly within a boutique residential property.”
Originally built in the 1870s, 66 Reade Street boasts a historic stone facade with iconic cast-iron columns and an upgraded ground floor storefront. Every resident will have fob-controlled elevator access directly into their home from the building lobby. The property features a remote doorman system allowing owners to grant access to visitors, create digital keys and manage packages. The building’s cellar includes a well-appointed 561-square-foot gym that is accessible by elevator from each condominium and provides the latest strength and conditioning equipment including a Peloton Bike, Tread and a Tonal digital workout system. There is also private storage for each residence on this level.
Set in Tribeca, 66 Reade Street is located near a wide variety of dining, arts, and recreation options. One block to the east of the residence is City Hall Park with its seasonal farmers market, and just a few blocks to the west is Pier 25 with its volleyball courts, playgrounds, mini-golf and stunning Hudson River views. The building is just minutes away from nine subway lines, making transportation to any part of New York City convenient.
