Brooklyn Point Tops Out

On Tuesday, May 21st, 75 brokers from across the city were invited to a topping out celebration of Brooklyn’s tallest residential building, Brooklyn Point by Extell Development.  While experiencing the one-of-a-kind views from the 53rd floor of the luxury development, guests enjoyed a live DJ and took home portraits by the Instagram-famous group, Chic Sketch. 

A soaring 720-foot tall tower with 68 floors, Brooklyn Point is designed by world-renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox and features luxury residences and over 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Katherine Newman Design designed the custom residential and amenity interiors of the property.

 Brooklyn Point is the first residential for-sale development at City Point – the largest food, shopping, and entertainment destination in Brooklyn and is located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, which is emerging as a cultural district located near central transit hubs, abundant retail, dining, and entertainment attractions. Buyers at Brooklyn Point will benefit from a 25-year tax abatement and first closings are anticipated in Q1 of 2020.
