Tuinstra-Davis Team Joins the Eklund

Douglas Elliman Real Estate, has announce that Justin Tuinstra, Glenn Davis and their team have joined the Eklund | Gomes Team. Co-founded by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes, the prestigious team is among the highest achieving in the country. Tuinstra and Davis will both take on leadership roles as Executive Managers of New York, New Development Sales.

Tuinstra and Davis bring their entire sales volume of $200 million in active listings, including new development projects, 200 East 21st Street and 196 Orchard, with them. Their current team members, Sklyer Rhoten, Erika Giordano, David Alex Andrejko, Kimberlee Knecht, Nicholas Compagnone, Diana Guo, Hakim Salih and Marc Riedel will also join them at the Eklund | Gomes Team’s boutique storefront office at 936 Broadway, located directly across from the landmarked Flatiron Building near Union Square, and custom-designed by Paris Forino.

“We see so much of ourselves in Justin and Glenn. They have long been our protégés, and we are ecstatic to welcome them to our ever-growing team,” said Fredrik Eklund.

Added John Gomes, “As Fredrik and I find ourselves now overseeing a big business, with many team members and projects across the nation, we knew that Justin and Glenn would be the right pair to support and continue our team’s domination of the New York City market. We have been grooming them for this, and we know they will excel in their new roles.”

Past and current new development and conversion projects the Tuinstra-Davis Team has worked on include 333 East 91st Street, 245 West 14th Street, Greystone on Hudson, 254 Park Avenue South, 393 West End Avenue, 199 Mott Street, 200 East 21st Street, 135 West 52nd Street, 196 Orchard, 330 Grand Street, 915 West End Avenue, 450 Broome Street, 363 Bond Street, 537 West 27th Street, 66 Clinton and 138 East 50th Street.

This latest New York expansion for the Eklund|Gomes Team comes on the heels of opening their 10,000 square-foot Flatiron office in the fall of 2018, and welcoming top Brooklyn agent Jessica Peters to lead their team in the borough earlier this year. The team has also grown its reach throughout the country, bringing its talents first to Los Angeles last year, then South Beach and Miami.
