The Rachel Glazer Team Joins Compass

Compass, a real estate technology company, today announces that top New York real estate agent Rachel Glazer has joined the firm along with her four-person team.

Glazer comes to Compass from Brown Harris Stevens where she was the #1 agent in the firm’s Downtown office, one of the top-producing agents in the nation according to RealTrends, and consistently ranked within the top BHS agents company-wide.

“After twelve wonderful years at Brown Harris Stevens, I felt it was time for something new. The industry is changing rapidly and Compass is in a very strong position with a growing new development division and unique client offerings such as Compass Concierge. I’m excited to tap into that energy and innovation to take my business to the next level,” said Glazer.

Glazer kicked off her real estate career more than a decade ago and quickly built an impressive network of luxury and celebrity clients. Joining her at Compass will be team members Douglas Bellitto, Bridget Little, Cassie Glover, and Ilana Lee.
