Steve Gold Moves To Corcoran
It was been recently announced that Million Dollar Listing star Steve Gold is no lolnger with Town Residential, he has now joined the Corocran family. Gold has sold over $500 million in residential sales over the last five years.
On joining Corcoran Gold has signed an exclusive on Extell's 70 Charlton penthouse in Hudson Square.
Gold has over a decade of experience and expertise in the sales and marketing of luxury co-ops, condominiums, townhouses and new development properties. Gold and The Gold Group, his seven-person team, who join him at Corcoran, most recently managed sales of the Manhattan new development property, Circa, a 38-residence luxury condominium located on Central Park which will have a $141 million sellout.
Remarking on Gold’s move to Corcoran, Pamela Liebman commented, “Having Steve and his team join Corcoran is a wonderful turn of events. We had the opportunity to create a home at Corcoran for Steve where he will be able to transition his business to a new level of success.
