Ryan Serhant Launches South of Hudson Yards (SoHY)
Last week Ryan Serhant brought hundreds of brokers together to see one of his newest developments with creating a new neighborhood SoHY, short for South of Hudson Yards.
The launch showed off the SoHY Condos at 550 West 29th Street during a filming for the 8th season of Million Dollar Listings. “I think it’s the best name ever,” Serhant told The Real Deal.
The building consists of three and four bedroom unites ranging from $3,375,000 to $7,500,00 for PHC.
Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, a full-time super, a fully equipped fitness room, a sauna, a state-of-the-art security and video intercom system, commercial grade washers for oversized items, a bicycle room, and private storage units for every apartment.
