Designed by acclaimed interior designer Brad Ford inside the 1,050-foot-high condominium tower designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel featuring interior architecture by Thierry Despont. Located above the Museum of Modern Art, 53 West 53 has the unique distinction of having three new MoMA gallery levels integrated into its base.

Brad Ford created the widely popular event Field+Supply in the Hudson Valley, which is a modern interpretation of a traditional arts and crafts fair highlighting various studios and workshops. He also opened the showroom FAIR in 2015 at the New York Design Center. Brad honed his skills under designers Thad Hayes and Jed Johnson.

Brad’s design for the 53 West 53 home features artworks throughout that pay homage to the existing art in MoMA's permanent collection. He also included a combination of furnishings from contemporary makers and iconic furniture pieces from the past that complement the architecture and interiors by Jean Nouvel and Thierry Despont. Handcrafted pieces from Brad’s showhouse FAIR are featured extensively throughout the space. The model is Residence 36A, a 3,020 square foot 2-bedroom priced at $9,740,000.
