Melissa Ziweslin Brings Corcoran Sunshine to the Sunshine State
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has announced the expansion of Senior Managing Director Melissa Ziweslin’s role to include leading the marketing and sales strategies for new development projects throughout Florida, adding to her existing scope of work in New York City and expanding the firm’s presence in this key luxury market. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has most recently represented the Four Seasons Private Residences at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL among other premier South Florida new developments.
Ziweslin has worked with some of the finest development teams and partners including Silverstein Properties, GID Development Group, Extell Development Group, The Carlyle Group and ADIA. With 15 years of experience focused on luxury new development in New York City, including two of the city’s most successful projects – Four Seasons Private Residences at 30 Park Place and Waterline Square– Ziweslin has overseen more than $5 billion in property sales.
