Good habits can easily become bad habits if you’re not careful

After exercising, it’s important to let your body rest for a while so that your muscles and joints can heal. However, if you don’t give your body time to rest, then you’ll end up causing more problems and eventually turning the good habit of exercising into a bad habit of harming your muscles.
