On Monday, February 27, The IDEAL School of Manhattan will host their 18th Annual Gala, "Moving Our World," at Pier Sixty in New York City. The evening's host is author and award-winning journalist Genevieve Shaw Brown. The honorees are social justice advocates Judith Heumann, Charles Imohiosen, Heidi Latsky, Robert Rodriguez, and Katheryn Russell-Brown. The benefit will feature cocktails, dinner, dancing, a raffle, and an auction. The IDEAL School is New York’s only independent inclusion school dedicated to creating a diverse community that affirms and accepts the full identities of all people while inspiring academic excellence, creative leadership, and a desire to build a more just and equitable world.
