Event Description: Join Janie Brooks Heuck, managing director of Brooks Winery, for a talk and tasting focused on biodynamic farming and the terroir of the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Then enjoy a stunning four-course meal paired with wines from Brooks Winery. 



Savor a meal of: 

- Local triple cream cheese wth rhubarb, chive blossoms, and brioche

- Halibut with snap peas, beluga lentils, and local mushrooms

- Smoked lamb shoulder with black humus, carrots, and rosemary-ramp pesto 

- Vanilla bean angel food cake with strawberries and elderflower sabayone
