Event Description: This Mother’s Day weekend, Porter House is offering an exquisite Champagne luncheon in partnership with Billecart-Salmon champagne. Porter House will be offering guests a special 3-course menu crafted by acclaimed Chef Michael Lomonaco and Executive Chef Sean Thompson, accompanied by a champagne pairing, each course featuring a different expression from the champagne house. Courses include Wellfleet Oysters & Siberian Sturgeon Caviar paired with Charles Le Bel ‘1818’ Champagne; Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Balsamic Marinated Heirloom Tomato paired with Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve; and Filet Mignon with Potato Confit, Grilled Spring Onions and Natural Jus paired with Billecart-Salmon Sous Bois. For dessert, the team will serve a Trio of Champagne Mousse Dom, Blackberry Ganache Tart & Passionfruit Raspberry Bar with Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé. Tickets are $175pp (tax/gratuity included).
