An all-day dining destination — much like a food hall but with a singular culinary vision — is breathing new life into Hudson Yards’ vibrant restaurant scene. Set in the heart of this pioneering mixed-use commercial and cultural corridor, ANA Bar & Eatery is the latest must-visit restaurant concept from Anna Castellani, the visionary creative mind behind Brooklyn’s pioneering Dekalb Market Hall – the largest food hall in the entire borough – along with The Hugh Food Hall in Midtown Manhattan.
“We see ANA as like the ‘living room’ of Hudson Yards,” says Castellani, whose beloved Chelsea restaurant Foragers Table and its accompanying grab-and-go Foragers Market just reopened in mid March. “Everything is freshly prepared using olive oil and no preservatives. It’s upscale, top-quality eating at a reasonable price.”
ANA Bar & Eatery arrives in Hudson Yards as the right kind of foodie concept for the right place and the right time. “Hudson Yards is now home to some of the best commercial real estate in all of New York City and attracts a vibrant, young office community,” says Castellani. The restaurant is set in 20 Hudson Yards, which is both home to Hudson Yards’ extensive high-end shopping and dining portfolio and looks over the development’s most compelling cultural attractions, Thomas Heatherwick’s twisting-and- turning Vessel and The Shed performing arts center.
ANA Bar & Eatery is open seven days a week from 9am to 10pm. ANA Bar & Eatery is located on level 2 at 20 Hudson Yards at the corner entrance of 10th and 33 rd . ANA Wine & Spirits is located on level 1.
