Fever-Tree, the world’s leading producer of premium mixers, including tonics and gingers, today announces the much-anticipated Spring reopening of the Fever-Tree Porch at Bryant Park. This quintessential outdoor dining destination in the heart of Midtown Manhattan serves refreshing Spritz-style and highball cocktails to be enjoyed al fresco or taken to go.

The Fever-Tree Porch is spotlighting Fever-Tree’s brand new Sparkling Lime & Yuzu, which marries Tahitian limes from Mexico and handpicked yuzus from Japan. Optimized for Spritzes, it is only 30 calories per bottle with no artificial sweeteners. It stars in the Yuzu Your Way with the guest’s choice of rum, vodka or tequila. For those guests partial to dark spirits, like Bourbon and aged rum, the Fever-Tree Porch offers pairings that feature its beloved Ginger expressions.

Making their return are fan favorites, like the Porch Paloma with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit, the brand’s most successful new product launch, the Daytime Old Fashioned and the Night N’ Day. The bar snacks include Sandwiches, Salads, Sliders and classic New York City fare, like house-cured Hot Pastrami and a Jumbo New York Pretzel. In keeping with social distancing, the cocktails are prepared and served under the highest safety protocols.
