Benriach Single Malt Scotch Releases Rare, Aged Whiskies
Benriach Distillery, located in Scotland’s Speyside region, prides itself on having a distinctive flavor-forward portfolio of single malt Scotch whiskies. Following a successful launch and redesign in September 2020 of its core expressions, Benriach is proud to share three new ultra premium offerings available beginning in early February nationwide.
Benriach Twenty One, Twenty Five and Thirty Year Old Single Malts bring an extremely rare opportunity to discover the exquisite integration of flavor resulting from decades of maturation. Matured in a diverse selection of highly distinctive oak casks and combined with complex layers of refined and mellow smoke, each aged expression has been meticulously composed for aromatic finesse, sumptuous richness, and deep mellow maturity.

378 West End Avenue
378 West End Avenue, an architecturally stunning new development, just launched sales.The 58 unit building with one to six bedrooms is developed by Alchemy Properties (of the Woolworth Tower Residences) and designed by Cookfox Architects. The architecture is meant to fit contextually into the neighborhood but stands out in a very unique way. Its intricate design combines an existing building with a new structure and incorporates three different facades. Also, in the last year, the team was able to adjust the elements of design to promote residents' health and safety as a direct result of Covid through the newest tech.
The building features over 11,000 square feet of amenities, which is notable for its size. Amenities include: a 75-foot-long saltwater pool with sauna, squash court, basketball half court, sports simulator, fitness center, yoga and barre studio. Additionally there is a club room with a screening lounge, billiards table and separate catering kitchen, reading room, outdoor garden terrace, music room and recording studio, children’s playroom, and private garage with covered dropoff.
Pricing for one-bedroom homes start at $1,795,000 up to five-bedrooms starting at $9,895,000 and penthouse pricing up to $26,000,000. Timothy McCarthy of Alchemy Properties has partnered with Compass’ Alexa Lambert on sales.
