Eleven Madison Park’s Executive Pastry Chef Laura Cronin, who is behind this new cult croissant-inspired pastry, unveiled 2 irresistible flavors for line-goers: ‘Chocolate with Vanilla & Hazelnut’, and ‘Strawberry with Orange & Cherry Blossom’. Additionally, the pop-up will offer Pineapple-Shiso and Watermelon-Strawberry Agua Frescas from EMP’s Beverage Director Sebastian Tollius, Devocion coffee to go, and Eleven Madison Home products for sale.
