Cocktails To Enjoy All Spring Long
Now that spring is here and we’re able to enjoy longer days, and warm weather comes the need to bring in new cocktails into your routine. Not sure what to drink? Don’t worry we’ve compiled a list of drinks so refreshing it likes Spring in a glass.
From vodka, tequila, gin, rum and many more– we've rounded up the most spring-like cocktails to welcome in warmer months ahead.
Ketel One Botanical Spritz
1.5 oz. Ketel One Botanical
3 oz. Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Floral Ice Cubes*
Garnish of Choice
Your choice of Ketel One Botanical varietal with soda. Combine in a wine glass over floral ice. Garnish with seasonal botanicals
Basbas Negroni
2 oz. Basbas
½ oz. Suze liqueur
1 oz. Dry vermouth
Orange peel for garnish
Chunky ice cube
Shake in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel
Aperol Spritz
Aperol
Cinzano Prosecco
Soda, served from syphon or chilled bottle
Slice of orange
Pour 3 parts Prosecco over a stemmed balloon glass full of ice . Add 2 parts of Aperol. Splash 1 part of Soda (stir gently if needed to achieve a bright and lively orange hue). Garnish with an orange slice
Belvedere Martini
2 oz Belvedere Vodka
.25 oz Dry Vermouth
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist
The T-Dot -- The T-Dot Twist on a Classic Sour Cocktail.
2 oz. Double Cross Vodka
.75 oz. Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Maple Syrup
2 dashes Lavender Bitters
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lavender, enjoy!
Electric Honey
2 parts The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year
½ part Honey Syrup*
½ part Chilled Coffee
Sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper
Add the honey syrup, coffee, and The Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year to a rocks glass and top with ice. Stir briefly and garnish with a hefty sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
*To make the honey syrup: Mix 3 parts honey with 1 part hot water. Let cool before using.
Montelobos Pink Moon April 16th
1.5 oz Mezcal Montelobos Espadín
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Natural Lime Juice
.75 oz Natural Grapefruit Juice
1.5 Rosé
Combine and mix all ingredients with 1 cup of ice and blend in blender until smooth. Garnish with half grapefruit.
Noilly Prat Dry Le Sud
2.5 oz Noilly Prat Original Dry
Chilled sparkling water
Frozen green grapes
Large ice cubes/spheres
Stack ice to the top of the glass. Pour Noilly Prat Original Dry over ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with frozen green grapes.
