Ingredients:
1.5 oz / 50 ml Belvedere Vodka
5 oz / 150 ml Soda Water
3-4 dashes Peychaud Bitters
Lemon Zest
Build in highball glass over cube ice, garnish with a lemon zest.

Ingredients:
¼ cup and 2 Tbsp sugar
¼ cup and 2 Tbsp water
1 bottle Kim Crawford Rosé
½ bottle Ruffino Prosecco
8 rosemary sprigs to garnish
Directions:
In a small saucepan bring the sugar and water to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes until dissolved. Cool and mix in the Kim Crawford Rosé. Freeze in a loaf pan, breaking up occasionally till frozen solid. 1.5 oz Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz Prosecco
Combine all ingredients except prosecco with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass and top with prosecco.

In a medium-sized pitcher, combine wine, grapefruit juice, agave nectar, vodka & fruit. Stir well. Chill for several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, add chilled club soda, if desired. Pour into wine glasses. Garnish with oranges, grapefruit & berries.
