CASA TEAL

  • 1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

  • .75 oz. Pineapple Juice

  • .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup

  • .25 oz. Blue Curaçao

  • Garnish Large Ice Block

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into rocks glass. Add large ice block.

Mijenta Espresso Martini

  • 1.5 oz Mijenta Cristalino

  • 0.25 oz Kahlua liqueur

  • 0.75 oz espresso caffé

  • 0.5 oz vanilla syrup

  • 1 pinch of Maldon salt

Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a coffee bean.

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice & shake vigorously. Pour the mixture into a chilled coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Ketel One Botanical Hugo Spritz

  • 1.5 oz Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint

  • 0.3 oz Elderflower liqueur

  • 0.5 oz Cucumber juice

  • 0.5 oz Lime juice

  • 0.3 oz Simple syrup

  • 1.5 oz of soda water

  • 1.5 oz of prosecco

  • Mint Sprig for Garnish

Add Ketel One Botanical, Elderflower Liqueur, Cucumber Juice, Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup to a mixing glass with good quality ice cubes. Stir to combine, then strain into wine. Top with soda water.
