Wine & Caviar Virtual Masterclass W/Experts From Antica Terra & Petrossian

Oregon winery Antica Terra and premium caviar house Petrossian have joined together to host a virtual masterclass on all things caviar and wine for Thursday, September 10th at 6:30 EST/3:30 PST.

Hosted by Antica Terra winemaker Maggie Harrison and caviar expert Serguei Aver, the virtual seminar will explore how to select, pair and enjoy and they will ship everything you need to sip and taste along.⁠

From Antica Terra, you'll receive a bottle of 2017 chardonnay Aequorin. This rare wine is produced only in certain vintages, and when it is, it is offer in extremely limited quantities. It has both the acidity and levity to match the rich brine and butter of caviar. ⁠ Petrossian will ship 14 grams each of their renowned Imperial Shassetra, Imperial Baika, and Imperial Ossetra caviars, a trio of sturgeon roe that exemplifies the breadth of flavor and nuance of texture in the finest caviars of the world.⁠
