Tanteo Tequila, the only distillery owned by its co-op of agave farmers, is currently hosting a virtual bartending competition featuring tiger nuts as the secret ingredient-- have you tried them?! Entries from eight of the country’s top bartenders can be found HERE with voting and virtual tip jars open to the public. Tanteo will announce the winner on IG on Day of the Dead, 11/2 at 12pm EST. 

Each participating bartender for this Virtual Mexican Standoff has been compensated with a $250 shift pay, while the winning bartender will receive an additional shift pay and a trip to Mexico (once safe) for the Championship.
