This Friday, March 18th, The Holi Festival will take place at Wok in the Clouds, an Indian inspired, Asian fusion restaurant in Kips Bay conceptualized by the Fine Indian Dining Group (Sahib, Dhaba, Chote Nawab, Malai Marke, Dhaba Express, Jashan by Dhaba and the newly opened Kebabs & Curries).
The festival’s menu will feature sharable dishes with appetizers like Tibetan MOMO, steamed chicken dumplings, onion, ginger, and Vegetable Gobi Manchurian Dry, batter cauliflower, and spicy blended herbs. Main dishes include Bangkok Basil Ginger Shrimp, with Thai spices, basil, and onion and Szechuan Lamb, sliced thin lamb basked in a spicy Szechwan sauce. For sandwich lovers, check out the Chicken Banh Mi, a fresh roll with house mayo, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, and shredded chicken in a sweet soy sauce.
