This Memorial Day weekend, Rosé Terrace is hosting a Red, White and Rosé party all weekend long.  Kick off the summer with three hours of bottomless rosé between 3-6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Dance to a live DJ, take in the breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Manhattan skyline, and capture some killer content for Instagram.
