The founder and CEO, Nikki Seaman, is a University of Pennsylvania graduate who started her career in management consulting, working with PepsiCo, Whisps, and Bain & Co, before venturing out on her own. With a deep passion for all things food & beverage, understanding consumer preferences, and working alongside CPG industry veterans, Nikki spent time understanding the importance health and convenience play in consumers’ preferences when making purchasing decisions. As an avid olive lover, Nikki wanted to bring the innovation she saw with cheese, salami, and even tuna fish, to a category she saw as untapped when it comes to packaging suited for the modern-day consumer lifestyle.
