junzi kitchen is partnering with the long-time friends 886Spot Dessert Bar, and Anheuser-Busch on Cantonese x Taiwanese cuisine.

MENU (tentative)

Stuffed Cabbage

chicken thigh, sticky rice, salted egg yolk in a gaoliang milky lotus leaf reduction

Beer-Braised Chicken

Bone-in chicken legs slow-cooked in a beer, soy and sesame oil reduction, thickened slightly with tender potato chunks

Pineapple Egg Tart

Spot dessert bar bruleed egg tart with coriander pineapple jam

This week's menu is available for Friday dinner via contact-free delivery to most of Manhattan. People can tune into Instagram @junzikitchen on May 29, Friday at 7pm, where Chef Lucas Sin will be live-streaming plating instructions and share an introduction of each dish joined by Eric Sze of @eighteightsix
