Event Description: With all eyes on Tokyo this summer and to kick off the games, iichiko shochu partnered with beloved cocktail bar Katana Kitten to create the ultimate viewing and drinking experience. An evening immersed in Japanese culture, the iichiko and Katana Kitten pop-up offers refreshing shochu drinks paired with unique twists on the authentic izakaya experience. Bites like a KK Wagyu Dog, with radish sprouts and masago wasabi aioli on a top-cut brioche bun, and Fish and Wonton Chips with akami tuna, spiced ponzu, sesame scallions and avocado mousse are served alongside specialty iichiko cocktails like the Mugi Sour with iichiko Saiten, passionfruit, lemon, soba honey, and egg white and a refreshing Yuzu-Shio Chu-Hai.
