Event Name: Flowering in the Vineyard Experience
Event Description: A fourth-generation legacy of the Dr. Frank winery family, Meaghan Frank’s great-grandfather, Dr. Konstantin Frank, helped revolutionize winemaking in New York’s Finger Lakes region and in the entire northeastern U.S. Today, Meaghan is putting her own stamp on the acclaimed winery and inviting visitors to step into the new 1886 Reserve Room offering exclusive sit-down pairings and tastings – the first tasting room of its kind in the region. Patrons can sign up for the “Flowering in the Vineyard Experience,” with a food and wine pairing menu that includes a round of 2018 Dry Rose of Blaufrankisch with brioche, tarragon whipped ricotta, jamon serrano, green peas and sherry scented honey – all while learning about the winery and winemaking with an additional of the vineyards.
Flower in the Vineyard is bookable for Fridays at 2 PM, Saturdays at 11 AM and 2 PM, and Sundays at 2 PM.
