The Bastion Collection’s Culinary Director, Alain Verzeroli, will be curating a series of special dining experiences in celebration of spring, where he’ll be bringing the taste of the season to all U.S. Le Jardinier locations. On Thursday, April 24th, Chef Alain will host a spring fête at Sereine -– an open kitchen and private dining space above Le Jardinier in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. We’d love for you to consider writing about this bespoke experience.
The night will begin with a welcome glass of champagne and canapés as Chef Alain leads a live cooking demonstration. Guests will get the exclusive experience to learn chef’s techniques for peeling and preparing white asparagus–a springtime delicacy featured later in the evening.
Following the demo, guests will gather at an elegant community table for a 4-course tasting menu in collaboration with Le Jardinier New York’s Executive Chef Andrew Ayala. Crafted for spring’s reemergence, guests will enjoy an array of spring essentials like poached white asparagus, Maine lobster and striploin wagyu beef. As the finale, Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone will create a “parrot mango bliss” with passion fruit crémeux & coconut sherbet.
Tickets are $225/guest + an optional $225/guest wine pairing add-on, reservations are available via Resy.
