Douglas Elliman to Host Virtual Agent Advantage Recruiting Webinar for New York City Agents

On Wednesday, December 16, 2020, Douglas Elliman, the largest brokerage in the New York Metropolitan area and one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerages in the United States, will host a webinar at 5:00 p.m. EST to discuss the unique advantages and opportunities of being an agent at New York City’s number one real estate brokerage.

“Douglas Elliman’s New York City brokerage is number one for a reason – it is the dedication and hard work that our agents put in to service their clients alongside a strong executive team, managers and staff who play a key role in helping all of our agents be at their best,” said Steven James, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman. “While we have over 2,000 agents in New York City who have chosen to build their business with us, we provide everyone with the service of a boutique firm yet the reach of a global brand.”

Hosting the webinar is Amy Hill, Executive Manager of Sales for Douglas Elliman’s Upper West Side and Harlem office. Panelists include three of Douglas Elliman New York City’s managers, Hal D. Gavzie, Executive Manager of Leasing; Doug Williford, Executive Manager of Sales for Douglas Elliman’s Tribeca office and Rachel Weiss, Executive Manager of Sales for the Montague Street and Avenue U. offices in Brooklyn.

Topics that will be discussed include what differentiates a large company like Douglas Elliman from a smaller boutique company; what qualities our management team looks for in an agent; where an experienced agent, or even a brand new agent, starts when joining Douglas Elliman; how our management team supports an experienced agent; real estate and technology and how they go hand in hand.
