Milk & Uni hosted its very first Supper Club at The Love You Gallery in Miami bringing together a crowd of Miami creatives for an evening of food, art and mezcal.
The invite only event combined the best of fine dining and elite libations. Desolas Mezcal joined the table set kicking off the evening with a shot of the non-smokey spirit and providing cocktails throughout the night.
Milk & Uni, a one-of-a-kind platform that merges experiences simple and extravagant and the familiar and exotic, curated the evening with guests enjoying a dinner experience by Argentine New Yorker, Hugo Mateo Heinz, who is known for his collaborations with Agustin Mallmann for private events, primarily doing open flame cooking in addition to his molecular cooking expertise. The decadent dinner selection was paired with fan-favorite Desolas cocktails such as the Watermelon Fresca and Palomitas.
The Love You Gallery, an alternative gallery space that champions emerging contemporary artists and promotes genuine cultural exchange, served as the perfect setting for this intimate supper experience. The table was set with exquisite floral arrangements and soundscapes were provided via a live vinyl mixing session.
Milk & Uni will be setting the table again this June in Milan and Mallorca.
