Over the past 24 years, YAGP has awarded more than $4.5 million in scholarships for dancers to attend the world’s leading schools. More than 200,000 young dancers of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds have participated in auditions held in 20+ cities across America and countries all over the globe. 450 YAGP alumni are now dancing with the most prestigious ballet companies, including ABT, NYC Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, Stuttgart Ballet, Paris Opera Ballet, Mariinsky Ballet and more. Since the war in Ukraine began, YAGP has been reclocating Ukrainian dancers to schools in Europe and America for safe haven. 16-year-old Ukrainian Nikita Malaki will perform at the Gala. Profits benefit all of these initiatives.
