On Wednesday, February 22, K’Alma Spa at Hotel Victor in Miami Beach is hosting its “Align Your Chakras with Self-Love'' event from 5:30-7:30 pm. To kick off the activities, guests will begin with a rooftop chakra reading. Chakra readings are a way of re-focusing, and re-aligning with oneself, allowing guests to feel balanced, aligned, and unblocked. This then allows the energy to flow freely through the chakras, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit. Chakras are various focal points used in a variety of ancient meditation practices.

Following the readings, guests will partake in a guided meditation and will then be led into K’Alma’s serene sanctuary, where they will be taken into seven different rooms with seven different healers to activate each chakra: root chakra, sacral chakra. solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat Chakra, third eye chakra and the crown chakra.

To conclude the wellness event, guests will enjoy an Odyssey Mushroom Elixir, known to boost energy and enhance mental clarity. After a night of reharmonizing your energy, guests will leave the event feeling aligned, level-headed and rejuvenated.
