From September 12-18, Midtown Miami’s popular global fusion restaurant Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar will celebrate Imbibe Magazine and Campari’s internationally known Negroni Week with a brand-new lineup of daily programming. The yearly event honors the famed Negroni cocktail by partnering with thousands of venues across the globe to raise money for charitable causes.
In addition to late-night parties, cocktail giveaways, live DJs and happy hour specials, the restaurant’s decadent water fountain will be flowing with its classic Negroni recipe, presenting a stunning visual for guests to admire while sipping crafted drink specials from the cocktail bar. Fun backdrops and props will also be provided so guests can snap those perfect Instagram-worthy photos.

Monday 9/12: All Day Long Negroni Happy Hour
Each of Negroni’s six bartenders has created their own Negroni cocktail recipe, available all day for only $8. The cocktails include the Il Piccante, a spicy Negroni with Thai chili infusion and a Tajin rim; T’Groni, a jasmine tea-infused Bombay Gin Negroni complete with dry tea leaves; and the Negroni Dream, made with Campari-infused pineapple; among others.
Tuesday9/13: Late Groove’s One-Year Anniversary
Negroni is marking the first anniversary of Late Groove, the popular late-night party that features well-known DJs throughout the Miami scene. In tune with Negroni Week, this special Late Groove evening will feature an international DJ and free Negroni shots for guests to party the night away.
Wednesday 9/14: International Guest Bartenders & Recipes
Reflecting the restaurant’s global menu, visiting bartenders will take over the bar to mix their own Negroni creations for patrons to try. Guest bartenders include native Italian Daniel Gambaro, bar manager of Seaspice, and Maximiliano Lique from Argentina.
Thursday 9/15: Ladies’ Night Negroni Week Edition
Negroni is combining its weekly Ladies’ Night with the Negroni Week celebration: Ladies can sip on classic Negroni Sours for free all night.
Friday 9/16: Extended Happy Hour
Those who missed Monday’s Happy Hour can experience round two until 7 p.m. Ring in the weekend by delighting in the same specials, including the exclusive cocktails invented by Negroni’s very own bartenders.
Saturday 9/17: Live Entertainment
Dance to the tunes of live music from brunch to sundown, including the band Raiko Torres from 1 to 5 p.m. and exciting DJ mixes at night. Beyond sonic beats, guests will receive free mini Negroni bottles to enjoy in person or to take home as a souvenir.
Sunday 9/18: Negroni Week Wraps
To end the week with a bang, Raiko Torres presents a second brunch set from 1 to 5 p.m. while seven different DJs – including Danielle Simeone, Rudy Lili b2b Tanza, Felipe Cortes, Erick Cruz, Kevas b2b Bottloada and more – present a music showcase from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
With each purchase of a Negroni cocktail, guests will receive a voucher for one complimentary Aperol Spritz for Itálica, the newest concept by the restaurant group opening this fall just around the corner from Negroni. Itálica will be the area’s first pizza bar with Italy-inspired cuisine, artisan pizzas, crafted cocktails, live entertainment and a complete spritz bar where guests can personalize their own drinks with a variety of garnishes, mixers and more.
Negroni serves up international comfort fare with a focus on Nikkei cuisine, incorporating flavors from Japan to Peru. Beyond the restaurant’s Happy Hour, guests can dine for dinner seven days a week to experience a larger selection of cocktails, antipasti, salads and some of the best burgers in town, as well as sushi rolls, nigiris, tiraditos and ceviches from the Nikkei Sushi Bar.
