In honor of that commitment to allyship and to celebrating this incredibly rich, diverse, and beautiful group of people, we are thrilled to introduce a wine that celebrates every kind of love.”
“I’m so excited to collaborate with Maison Marcel in celebration of Pride season,” said Angel Merino. “Just like them, love has always been at the core of everything I’ve ever created and coming together for this project has been amazing! Whether you’re celebrating at home with your friends, or at your local Pride celebration, I hope everyone feels the magic and love with every sip of this deliciously crafted rosé. Happy Pride!”
Since 1969, Pride Month has been celebrated to commemorate the Stonewall Riots in New York City, a watershed moment in the modern LGBTQIA rights movement. On the morning of June 28 of that year, members of the LGBTQIA communities demonstrated outside the Stonewall Inn on Christopher Street in Greenwich Village following a police raid of the bar the night before.
