Rolo’s is the beloved neighborhood restaurant in Ridgewood, Queens offering ingredient-driven dishes cooked over a wood fire, as well as housemade pastas, breads, meats butchered in-house and more. Available from Friday, February 11th - Monday, February 14th, Rolo’s will be offering colorful cocktail specials for Valentine's Day, including the pink Clover Club with gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white; Spicy Mezcal Negroni with strawberry campari; and a deep-purple Trinidad Sour with rye whiskey, lemon juice, and Sicilian pistachio orgeat.

Zou Zou’s is the new lively and modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant from chef Madeline Sperling, with a menu celebrating the cuisine and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean region, bringing in influences from Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, among others. Zou Zou's has many amazing cocktails, but a few that are especially perfect for Valentine's Day, including the bright pink and refreshing Sumac Spritz with prosecco, grapefruit, and sumac bitters, sweet yet subtle Date Daiquiri with date infused rum, pineapple, date sugar, and lime, and the Road to Jericho with vodka, pomegranate molasses, fig syrup, and orange blossom.
