“Red Berry Spritz” feat. 14 Hands Hot to Trot Can ($35/6-pack cans):
Ingredients:
· 1 part 14 Hands Hot to Trot in a can
· 2 parts berry-flavored sparkling water
Top with frozen cranberries & raspberries. Garnish with rosemary.
“Santa’s Sangria” feat. H3 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon ($13.99):
· 1 bottle of H3 Cabernet Sauvignon
· 1 cup brandy
· Fruit - 2 oranges sliced (use one half to squeeze into the bowl), 1 green apple cubed, 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
· 2 cinnamon sticks + extra for garnishing
Combine altogether in a bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. Crush cinnamon flavored cookies for the rim (use honey to make it stick). Top with ginger ale or sparkling apple cider before serving. Garnish with orange slice & cinnamon stick.
“Sauvignon Gin Spritz” feat. Liquid Light 2021 Sauvignon Blanc ($16):
· 4oz Liquid Light Sauvignon Blanc
· 1oz Gin
· 0.5oz simple syrup
· 12 mint leaves
· Soda water
· 1 lemon juice squeeze
Add mint leaves (except 1-2) into a cocktail shaker with the simple syrup and muddle until aromatic. Add ice, wine and gin to the shaker and shake it up. Pour into your glass of choice and top with soda water and lemon juice squeeze. Garnish with the remaining mint. (single serving)
“Zesty Hot Toddy” feat. Chateau Ste. Michelle 2021 Dry Riesling ($10):
· 1 bottle Chateau Ste. Michelle Columbia Valley Dry Riesling
· 2 tsp brandy
· 2 tbsp honey
· 1/2 tsp of ground cardamom
· 1 lemon halved
· 2 bay leaves
Combine all ingredients except for the lemon in a medium saucepan. Squeeze lemon halves into the mixture and add the rinds. Bring to a gentle boil then reduce heat to simmer for 45 minutes. Strain and divide. Garnish with lemon rind.
“Simple Holiday Mulled Wine” feat. Erath 2020 Oregon Pinot Noir ($20):
· 1 bottle Erath Pinot Noir
· 1/4 cup Bourbon
· 3-4 whole cloves
· 3 cinnamon sticks
· 2 star anise
· 1/4 cup light brown cane sugar
· 1 orange, sliced
Combine all ingredients into a pan over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Pour into your glass and garnish with an orange slice and star of anise. (6 servings)
“Holiday Red Wine Punch” feat. INTRINSIC 2020 Red Blend ($25):
· 2 bottles Intrinsic Red Blend
· 4 cups cran-apple juice
· 3 cups orange juice
· 4.5 cups ginger beer
· 5 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all and serve over ice. Garnish with mint leaves.
