The art of watching soccer at its best! The season for the most popular and prodigious sporting tournament across the world is finally here. This November 20th through December 18th, Miami’s iconic Wynwood Marketplace will be welcoming the Watch The Cup Watch Party, inside the city’s largest bookmarked destination, sponsored by Modelo: celebrating Qatar's FIFA World Cup 2022. Here, both local and international visitors and fans alike will be able to watch the daily shows streamed LIVE. The viewing party will also feature signature programming, including highlights and analysis plus on-demand full-match replays, along with pre and post match shows, in addition to historic looks at previous World Cups and documentaries, centered around soccer legends like Lionel Messi and Diego Maradona, and so much more.
Peacock will also be channeling fan fervor with a wildly fun and larger-than-life, three-story responsive soccer ball, in an installation coined Peacock’s World Cup Hub, taking place from November 25th through November 27th. For each goal, the 33-foot-tall ball will light up in the team colors of the country which scored, accompanied by audio of Telemundo Deportes’ Andres Cantor’s legendary “Goool” call. Correspondingly, televisions will be set up for fans to watch the day’s matches LIVE on Telemundo and Peacock, presenting every match in Spanish. After the matches are over, fans on-site will have the opportunity to interact with the installation, by lighting the ball up in the colors of the country they support.
