Vintage champagne house Dom Pérignon has teamed up with the NYC French bistro, Benoit to create a bespoke dining experience available for four-night only, from Wednesday, September 30 – to Saturday, October 3. The special 3-course take-out or dine-in menu pairs with the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2009, bringing the aromas and flavors of the dishes and champagne to life. Chef Laetitia Rouabah worked closely with Alain Ducasse to design a menu that really enhanced the Vintage 2009.
Benoit is offering the experience for either dine-in or pick up, available from 12:30pm-9:30pm for the four nights. The must try menu is available for tables of two, three or four via Tock for pick up or reservations via https://www.benoitny.com.Only 40 pairing packages are available for purchase! Please kindly note that Benoit is unable to change, or alter the specifically curated to-go box.
